Our Stages
STage 1: THe ITA
The first step in the process is called the (ITA) or the Individualized Technology Analysis. This is the process of auditing your school collectively with your team. It includes a 170 point checklist, surveys, and 3 comprehensive rubrics.
Stage 2: ITP Development
In the second step of the process we work with your technology team to build a perfect technology plan for your school. We use the ITA data to build the plan incorporating Gantt Charts, a SWOT analysis, and a variety of PD offerings.
Stage 3: ITP Agreement
Once the plan is ready to present, we showcase it to your leadership to review and ensure it is exactly the way you want it to be! During this stage we discuss everything we have discovered and proposed and ensure its the best possible course of action for your school that year.
Stage 4: Tech roadmap
No technology plan is complete without having a multi staged roadmap. Using the ITP process data and with our lens of serving so many different schools across the world, we ensure your school has the benchmarks and vision to be a leading school on the market by creating a unique 4 staged technology roadmap for your school.
Stage 5: ITP Deployment
Once you have the perfect technology plan for your school, we help you deliver it by fulfilling all of your unique needs.
