Follow these 3 easy steps to get started with Tech My School
Set a meeting for your ITA
The first step is setting up a meeting with us to go through the ITA (individualized technology analysis) process. Within this discovery meeting we will learn about the strengths and weaknesses of your school in order to best serve you!
Create a tech plan for your school
Once we have the data of how your school works, we will create a technology plan in partnership with you. This plan will focus on 3 primary facets, educational systems, building staff capacity, and student empowerment. All plans will also include a technology roadmap!

through
The only thing more important than a great plan is an even better follow through. Once we have an agreed upon high quality technology plan, we will partner with you to ensure this plan is delivered with accountability and emphasis. Our flexible nonprofit status meets all budgets

Today, Tech My School returned to Christian Day School to support first graders with something every modern classroom needs: reliable devices + meaningful literacy resources.
With the support of our partner Vivacity, we donated touchscreen Chromebooks that convert into tablets — giving young learners flexible, kid-friendly access to digital learning.
We immediately set up every student with an account on Epic — one online digital library with 50,000+ books — and donated headsets so students can use “read-to-me” features, follow along, and build vocabulary and comprehension with confidence.
And because early learners also need the power of print, we also delivered leveled physical readers for 1st grade — colorful, modern fiction and nonfiction titles that support guided reading, independent practice, and core concepts of print.

Our ITA is a schoolwide technology audit built on a rigorous 170-point checklist, staff surveys, and comprehensive rubrics. This process allows us to understand exactly where a school stands — and what it needs to move forward with purpose and clarity.
This work becomes the foundation for an Individualized Technology Plan (ITP) — a strategic roadmap designed to strengthen educational systems, build staff capacity, and empower students through intentional, effective use of technology.
CIEM’s mission focuses on nurturing students’ creative capacity and recognizing individual aptitudes, with a vision of graduating holistic learners who are emotionally and intellectually whole. We’re proud to support that vision through thoughtful, data-driven technology planning.

This December session celebrated growth, curiosity, and shared practice as teachers explored new strategies and openly exchanged ideas with colleagues. The energy in the room reflected a strong commitment to continuous improvement and a shared belief that professional learning should be both meaningful and enjoyable. As we close the semester, we leave inspired, refreshed, and ready to turn great ideas into impactful classroom experiences.

Integration & Robotics Day at Paradiso College Preparatory – Arecibo
Our visit to Paradiso College Preparatory in Arecibo, an alliance school located along Puerto Rico’s beautiful north coast, was an unforgettable learning experience. During this Integration and Robotics Day, 9th-grade students engaged in advanced coding and robotics activities through a well-structured, hands-on rotation of stations.
Students explored KaiBots, using physical coding cards scanned with iPads to plan, test, and execute their programs. With OSMO, they worked on block-based coding using Coding AWBIE and Coding DUO, strengthening logic, sequencing, and problem-solving skills.
Students also coded with Dash, progressing through basic and advanced coding challenges designed to support more complex programming and computational thinking. Additionally, they worked with LEGO®️ SPIKE, first constructing the robot and then programming it to perform specific actions based on their code.
To complete the experience, students explored Virtual Reality (VR), adding an immersive and engaging component to their learning. Throughout the day, students collaborated effectively, transitioned independently between stations, and remained fully engaged in every activity.
What made this experience especially meaningful was seeing older students highly motivated and excited to learn through technology. Their curiosity, teamwork, and enthusiasm reaffirm the importance of providing authentic STEM opportunities at every grade level.

Classmates who are not currently enrolled in Code Break were able to see firsthand how students program, collaborate, and apply computational thinking in meaningful ways, sparking curiosity and interest across the school community.
One of the most rewarding parts of the day was seeing parents and students learning side by side—programming together, asking questions, and celebrating achievements. The feedback we received was incredibly positive, with both parents and students sharing that this experience was a highlight of their day.

Today, the TechMySchool team had the incredible opportunity to travel to the beautiful west side of Puerto Rico to support the Manuel González Melo School in Rincón, a Puerto Rico Department of Education school where TechMySchool and the Department of Education collaborate to support teachers through instructional coaching and technology integration. Distance is never a barrier when it comes to empowering schools across the island! 🌍💙
It was a highly productive coaching day, focused on supporting teachers through classroom observations, instructional feedback, and new ideas to enhance student engagement and academic performance. The teachers at this school truly stood out for being open, receptive, collaborative, and eager to grow. Their willingness to embrace new strategies and explore innovative opportunities for their students made every conversation meaningful and impactful.
At the student level, Code & Play brought joy, creativity, and computational thinking to the intermediate grades! For many students, this was their first time coding using block-based programming with Dash robots and Osmo. These tools help students develop problem-solving, logical thinking, collaboration, and creativity in a fun and hands-on way. Students worked together, programmed increasingly complex challenges, and even raced their Dash robots after successfully debugging their code. The excitement, teamwork, and autonomy we witnessed were truly inspiring! 🤖✨
This was an amazing day of learning, growth, and connection. We celebrate this school’s commitment to innovation and their constant pursuit of excellence for both students and faculty. This week, Tech My School returned to Escuela Juanita García Peraza for another Professional Development session with their dedicated faculty. As a public school within the Puerto Rico Department of Education, the commitment of their teachers to continuous growth was evident throughout the workshop.
Educators engaged in strategies to amplify student participation in the classroom, exploring both digital and analog approaches. Through Plickers, teachers experienced an interactive assessment tool that promotes engagement without requiring student devices—an accessible and dynamic option for all grade levels.
